what we do:

We are a team of Supervisors and Assistants who work together to ensure that your children have a safe and fun place to spend time before and after school while you are able to go to work so you can provide for your family.

Supervisors

Supervisors are responsible for making sure their site runs smoothly. This includes opening and/or closing the site, ensuring the site is compliant with State Licensing Regulations, managing staff members, and providing a fun and engaging space for kids to enjoy their time while their parents are at work. 

Assistants

Assistants are responsible for helping the supervisor to manage their site, having knowledge of State Licensing Regulations to help stay compliant, be responsible for stepping up when the supervisor needs assistance, and engaging with the kids to ensure that they are having fun, following the rules, and playing safely!

Requirements

In order to work with us, there are a few things that we do require! Sometimes childcare can be a little stressful, so we need you to be able to stay calm and manage stressful situations in a professional manner. Additionally, we are constantly on the move, so being able to meet the physical demands of the job, like kneeling and sitting on the floor with the kids, and lifting at least 20 lbs, are very important! Finally, communication and safety are a big deal! We always want to make sure we are communicating effectively with parents and other staff members and that we make sure the kids are playing in a safe manner!
