Great things don’t have to be complicated.
Please read our FAQs below!
Registration
Registration opens April 1st. There are no early registrations and we are no longer taking paper calendars. We are anticipating an early morning registration time, but we do not have a set time. All registration and scheduling will be online and you can pay via credit card, debit card, or checking account (ACH). Registration fees are due at the time of registration via credit card, debit card, or checking account (ACH). Your registration fee will only be charged once we confirm that we have an open spot for your child. Registration Fees are $50 for a single child or $75 for a family. Children entering Junior Kindergarten and exiting 5th grade are eligible to register.
Payments will be due bi-weekly. Please see Calendars webpage for the complete billing calendar and due dates.
*Please note: A Processing Fee will be applied to your credit card per transaction.*

Pricing & Fees
Our regular day prices are $45 per student per day. Our Field Trip day prices are $65 per student per Field Trip. Returned payments will be charged a $25 Non-Sufficient Funds Fee.
Calendars
You will be required to choose your days for at least the first two weeks of camp, but it is highly encouraged that you select your dates for the entire summer to ensure that we have enough space for your child and that we are in ratio with the state mandated licensing guidelines.
Please see these instructions on how to add days to your calendar. Step by step
Please note you will have to email us to have dates removed.
First Come First Served
We do our best to accommodate all families, but enrollment is based on availability and is not guaranteed. Please note that availability may be limited on specific days, and we will do our best to match your preferred schedule. In the event that there is not a space available, we will place you on a waitlist and notify you as soon as we have an opening.
Staff-to-Child Ratios
We are a state-licensed daycare, which means we follow strict guidelines for safety, curriculum, and supervision. One of these requirements is maintaining proper staff-to-child ratios, ensuring that your child receives the best care and attention. Please keep this in mind if you are waitlisted; it is not because we don’t want your child in our program, but simply because we have to follow state rules and are unable to take on more children based on the number of staff members we have.
Hours
We are open Monday- Friday from 7:00 am- 5:30pm. Please note that will be closed on June 19th, July 3rd, and July 4th. On the last Day of Summer Care, we will be closing at 3pm.
Field Trips
We will be attending Field Trips during Summer Care. As we get closer to the field trip date, the site Supervisor will provide you with a Field Trip Form that must be completed and returned to us prior to the day of the field trip. If you did not sign up for the field trip ahead of time, there is a chance we may not be able to add your child in based on our ratios. Please see our Calendars webpage for field trip information.
Lunch/Snack
We do not provide lunch or snacks during Summer Care. We ask that you send a sack lunch and two snacks with your child each day. We are not able to refrigerate or warm up lunches, so please keep this in mind when packing them and include an ice pack, if needed. Special lunch and/or snack days will be shared with you ahead of time from your site Supervisor. In an effort to support our allergy students, we ask that you bring a Nut Free Lunch and snack each day.
Medication
If your child will need prescribed medication (i.e. inhaler, Epi-Pen, etc.), the district's Authorization of Medication form must be signed by your doctor and provided to your site Supervisor. If your child's medication is stored in the office at your child's home school, you will need to pick it up from that office along with a copy of the Authorization Form and provide it to your site Supervisor on your child's first day of Summer Care. If you need a new form or your current form is expired, please visit the WLCSD Health & Immunization Information Webpage to print and complete a new Authorization Form. Prescription medication must be in a container labeled by the pharmacist or prescriber.
Split Payments/Households
We are pleased to announce that we now have the ability to accommodate split families.* Each parent will need to create their own contract for the same child(ren) and choose dates according to their own schedule. Our goal is to make the registration process as smooth and flexible as possible. Please note that each contract is authorized to add emergency contacts. This means that all emergency contacts that are added on each account are authorized to be contacted regardless of the parent or guardian they are with. If you have any questions or need assistance, please don’t hesitate to contact us!
*Split Families are defined as parents or guardians not residing at the same address.
Refunds
No refunds will be provided after an invoice has been sent for the billing period. This applies to both Regular and Field Trip days. To see when invoices will be sent, please visit our Calendars Webpage.
