Pricing

This year, you will have the option to pay online with a credit card, debit card, or online checking account (ACH). Please note that a small transaction fee will apply for all online payments. You will also be able to pay with cash, check, or money order dropped off at the Prime Time main office located at the Educational Services Center off of Ladd Rd.

Registration Fees

$50 for one child

$75 for a family of 2 or more

*A payment method must be on file at the time of registration. You will only be charged once your contract is approved.

Session Rates

$11 per session for the first child enrolled.

$9 per session for each additional child enrolled in the same family.

$13 per drop-in session.

Half Day Rates

$30 per child for Elementary Half Days. There are no discounts for additional children enrolled for Half Days.

Due to licensing regulations, we are unable to provide care for preschoolers on their half days. Please see the Preschool Calendars Webpage for more information.

Late Payment Fees

A $20 late fee will be charged to your account if your payment is past due. Please visit the Calendars Webpage for the complete billing calendar due dates.

Late Pickup Fee

You will be charged $1 per minute per child that you are late to pick up your child after 6:00pm (5:30PM at the Early Childhood Center). Prime Time Care closes promptly at 6:00pm (5:30PM at the ECC). Please note: three late pickups will result in dismissal from the program.

Non-Sufficient Funds Fee

You will be charged a $25 Non-Sufficient Funds Fee for returned payments.
