Registration
If you have already created an account through Arux, please do not create a new account.
Registration opens July 21st at 6:00AM. There are no early registrations and we are no longer taking paper calendars. All registration and scheduling will be online and you can pay via credit card, debit card, or checking account (ACH). Registration fees are due at the time of registration via credit card, debit card, or checking account (ACH). Your registration fee will only be charged once we confirm that we have an open spot for your child. Registration Fees are $50 for a single child or $75 for a family. Children entering Junior Kindergarten through 5th grade are welcome to register.
Age Requirements: Children ages 4 years and 9 months old by August 25th, 2025 are accepted at all Elementary level locations. Preschoolers at Wixom and Dublin must be 4 years old to be enrolled in PTC. Preschoolers at the Early Childhood Center (ECC) must be 3 years old to be enrolled in PTC.
Please note: If you have any remaining balances from '24-'25 school year and/or Summer Care on your account, your child/ren are not permitted to register until the balance has been paid. This includes any late fees.
In order to run a full-day or half-day Prime Time Care program, we must have a minimum number of children enrolled. If that number is not met, the program for that day, session, or the program as a whole may be cancelled. Families will receive an email notification in advance if a cancellation occurs. We appreciate your understanding and encourage early registration to help ensure programming can run as planned.
Payments will be due monthly. Please see Calendars webpage for the complete billing calendar and due dates.
*Please note: A Processing Fee will be applied to your credit card per transaction.*

Calendars
At the time of registration, it is required to select August and September dates, however, it is highly encouraged that you select all of your necessary dates for the entire school year to ensure that we have enough space for your child and that we are in ratio with the state mandated licensing guidelines.
Please see the step by step instructions on how to add days to your calendar.
You are able to edit your calendar up until invoices go out. After that, you will be responsible for payment for any other days selected.
Acceptance Policy
We do our best to accommodate all families, but enrollment is based on availability and is not guaranteed. Please note that availability may be limited on specific days, and we will do our best to match your preferred schedule.
We highly encourage you to select all of your days for the school year in advance to ensure that we have enough space for your child.
In the event that there is not a space available, we will place you on a waitlist and notify you as soon as we have an opening.
All children attending Prime Time Care must be fully toilet trained.
This means children are able to:
- Recognize when they need to use the restroom
- Communicate their need to go
- Manage their clothing independently
- Use the toilet and clean themselves without assistance
Due to licensing and liability regulations, staff are not permitted to change diapers or clean children after accidents. While we can offer verbal guidance and encouragement, we are unable to provide physical assistance. If a toileting accident occurs, a parent or guardian may be contacted to come and assist or pick up the child if necessary.
Staff-to-Child Ratios
We are a state-licensed daycare, which means we follow strict guidelines for safety, curriculum, and supervision. One of these requirements is maintaining proper staff-to-child ratios, ensuring that your child receives the best care and attention. Please keep this in mind if you are waitlisted; it is not because we don’t want your child in our program, but simply because we have to follow state rules and are unable to take on more children based on the number of staff members we have.
Hours
Morning Sessions are available Monday through Friday and are open from 6:30am (7:00AM at the ECC) until school starts.
Afternoon Sessions are available Monday through Friday and are open from dismissal until 6:00pm (5:30PM at the ECC).
Half Day Afternoon Sessions begin at dismissal and close at 6:00pm. There will be no care for preschoolers on their half days of 11/18, 11/26, 12/11, and 1/28.
Early Childhood Center Hours are 7:00am until school starts and from dismissal until 5:30pm.
Please note: if there is no school, there is no Prime Time Care offered. This includes all breaks and snow days.
Snack
We do not provide snacks for Prime Time Care. We encourage you to pack a snack for your child if they are attending afternoon care. Half day- You will need to provide a lunch. On occasion, your site supervisor may choose to provide half day lunch and/or special snacks. If this is the case, this information will be shared with you ahead of time by your site supervisor. In an effort to support our allergy students, we ask that your food items be NUT FREE.
Medication
If your child will need prescribed medication (i.e. inhaler, Epi-Pen, etc.), the district's Authorization of Medication form must be signed by your doctor and provided to your site Supervisor. If your child's medication is stored in the office at your child's home school, we will need a copy of a current Authorization Form and provided to your site Supervisor on your child's first day of Prime Time Care. If you need a new form or your current form is expired, please visit the WLCSD Health & Immunization Information Webpage to print and complete a new Authorization Form. Prescription medication must be in a container labeled by the pharmacist or prescriber.
Per State Licensing, we reserve the right to refuse care for improper documentation or lack of medication.
Split Payments/Households
If the following pertains to you, please contact terriszymanski@wlcsd.org and DeborahOlsen@wlcsd.org.
We are pleased to announce that we now have the ability to accommodate split families.* Each parent will need to create their own contract for the same child(ren) and choose dates according to their own schedule. Our goal is to make the registration process as smooth and flexible as possible. Please note that each contract is authorized to add emergency contacts. This means that all emergency contacts that are added on each account are authorized to be contacted regardless of the parent or guardian they are with.
*Split Families are defined as parents or guardians not residing at the same address.
Refunds
No refunds will be provided after an invoice has been sent for the billing period. This applies to both Regular and Half days. To see when invoices will be sent, please visit our Calendars Webpage.
In the event of a school closure or cancellation, we will automatically credit accounts for families that were scheduled to attend that specific day.
Withdrawing from PTC
We understand that your specific needs may change. If you no longer need care, please notify us in writing via email with your child's name, which school they attend, and the last date of care. If we are not notified of the change, you will be responsible for any dates scheduled and fees incurred.
