Below are the 2025-2026 important dates for school closures, half days, and Prime Time Care closures. Please be sure to make other arrangements for closure days as our sites will NOT be open and staff will not be available on those days.

Prime Time Care Billing Calendars

Prime Time Care utilizes a monthly billing schedule. Below are the due dates for calendar changes, invoicing, and payments. We have also included any school closures, half days, and breaks as a quick reference for when you are scheduling care for your children.
